If you are unsure of your ring size, you can order an adjustable ring sizer here complete with easy to follow instructions. Due to the made to order nature of the shop, rings cannot be exchanged if the wrong size is ordered as each piece is made to your specifications. Please choose your ring size carefully before placing your order. This policy is firm. If you are unsure of your ring size you can also stop by a jewelry store, they will be able to size you for free and it only takes a minute.
Size changes made after 2 hours of purchase will incur a $40 resizing fee.
What about figuring out my partners size?

When will I receive my order?
Pieces marked "ready to ship" will be in the mail within 72 hours, All other orders currently take 2-3 weeks to ship from the time of purchase. All production times are listed in the item description. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking info sent to the address you provided at checkout. This email can sometimes end up in your spam folder.

Do you ship to....?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that each country’s import fees vary, we cannot determine what your fees will be, please be aware of your country’s fees as you alone are responsible to pay them. Falsifying shipping documents is illegal, so the value will be marked on your package, please don’t ask us to lessen the value of your package. Some countries hold packages for pick up, if you decline to retrieve your package and it is shipped back to us, you must pay to have it shipped again. USPS tracking follows your package’s journey until it leaves the US, after this you will need to contact your local post office for details.
I live in Brooklyn too! Can I come to your studio and pick up my order in person?
Our studio is not open to the public, however we can arrange for someone to meet you outside Tues-Thurs 11-5pm. Priority mail is super fast and ships within Brooklyn in 1-3 days.
Can you make x in white gold?
Yes! We are now happy to offer natural 10k, 14k or 18k white gold upon request. We never plate any of our pieces, including white gold, preferring the warm gray of white gold in it’s natural state. If you are trying to match our white gold with an existing white gold ring, you can request rhodium plating at check out. Please note that white gold is not cast as frequently, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks to the listed production time.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our small business, we cannot offer refunds on orders after 24 hours since they are placed, but we are always happy to offer you store credit.
How should I care for my Jewelry?
As with all jewelry, please wear with care. It's best not to wear it while sleeping, swimming, bathing, washing dishes or other rough work with your hands. It's best to avoid coming into contact with soaps or chemicals that may be harsh, applying hand lotion and spraying perfumes on pieces is also discouraged. Please take extra care when wearing rings with prongs or opals, as both are very delicate. Rotating your rings with prongs to the palm side of your hand while putting on a sweater or going through your pockets will help avoid snagging. Opal's brilliant colors can be attributed to their softness, so it is not uncommon for opals to become damaged. We use both Australian and Ethiopian Opals, these should never come into contact with water or cleaning solutions. Opal rings should always be removed before hand washing. Rings with crystals (Like the Devotions, Diamond Coffin Shaker, and Custom Reliquaries) should never come into contact with water to help preserve their clarity. That being said, we are happy to repair or replace stones for a small fee should an accident occur. We are also here to help you find a piece best suited for your lifestyle, so please don't hesitate to ask.
